Malkin + Iraq + Muslims + U.S. Troops = Hypocrisy

It's been obvious that Michelle Malkin not only has scorn for Muslims, she outright hates them. In that case, why is she supporting the U.S. occupation in Iraq and attacking anyone who opposes U.S. military intervention (i.e. Cindy Sheehan), when Iraq is a predominately Muslim country?

Malkin believes the U.S. troops are doing a favor to the Muslims she hates the most. Can anyone make any sense of this?
