Bush's proposed 2007 budget: More cuts in health and education
President Bush submitted his proposed 2007 budget and as usual it is hitting hard the poor and middle class of America the hardest. Specific cuts proposed by Bush are $4.2 billion in health and education funding cuts, including Medicare and Medicaid reductions. And as usual, the winners of Bush's budget are the military and the rich making over $200,000 annually.
Steve Sailer, you were lucky to survive your cancer tumor over 10 years ago, when health care was somewhat affordable. However, you will not be so lucky this time with the health care bills as Bush and the Republicans allow and encourage skyrocketing health care costs to spiral out of control.
