Krisanne Hall reaches mediation in court case

Update: Read the comments section from Skip Jarvis, which I confirmed via email that he wrote it. Kris turned out to quit her job after resenting being asked to cease in Tea Party politics, but deceived us all to gather support for her twisted agenda and gain media publicity.

The infamous teabagger and Sarah Palin clone from Florida, Krisanne Hall, has finally ended her case against the state of Florida. Last year, Krisanne Hall got fired from her job because she got her wish. Being a public speaker for the Tea Party who preaches hatred against the government and demands a smaller government, the state of Florida granted her wish and justifiably fired her.

The case came to an end in July 2011 when both sides agreed to mediation. The case would not go any further and no further ruling would be made, so Krisanne did not win. The defendant, Skip Jarvis and the state of Florida, will pay for some of Krisanne's legal costs, as an effort to save taxpayer dollars on a frivolous lawsuit that has financially drained her.

A limited loss for Krisanne Hall and the Tea Party, but still a loss, which makes it a victory for America.

  • What's the point of this blog?

Seriously, you hardly make any posts, and when you do, it's usually some kind of insult or an unsubstantiated claim. I don't understand what you intend to accomplish with all of this. I mean, if you hate Steve Sailer so much you should at least make an effort to refute the things that he says. But you never do.

    Seriously, what's the point?

  • Krisanne Hall was simply asked to cease involving my office in her personal politics. She resented that and quit. She was not fired as she claims. This explains why she says she could not exchange her rights for a paycheck. Her comment makes sense now, doesn't it?
We all have restrictions due to our jobs. She is no exception.

  • Figures teabagger crybabies like her would resort to deceptive tactics to gain media attention. I updated this posting on her to clarify.

  • I received an apology today from former Lt. Gov. Jeff Kottkamp for his statewide editorial critical of me over this matter. He acknowledges that he formed his opinion based upon Mrs. Halls claims which he now understands were not true. He is a truly gracious gentleman to have called me to extend his apology.

  • Except: How was she speaking "against the state" (as quoted in the article posted here: http://dailycaller.com/2010/06/01/live-oak-prosecutor-fired-for-speaking-to-tea-party/)?

Was she calling for anarchy? Was she calling for an end of the state or federal government? Was she urging people to take up arms against these entities?

What constitutes "speaking against the state?" Is it simply having a public opinion about constitutionality and what that was intended to look like?

    I'd like to know more.
