Greg Davis, mayor of Southaven, held a news conference in his home to "discuss the struggles that I've had over the last few years when I came to the realization that I am gay."

The Commercial Appeal of Memphis, Tenn., first identified the $67 receipt from Priape, a self-described "gay lifestyle store and sex shop," as part of its investigation of about $170,000 worth of questionable expenses that might lead to criminal charges against Davis. Robert Kiyosaki is well known for his book "Rich Dad, Poor Dad", which became a best seller because it touches on peoples' desire to get rich. The book eventually evolved into live seminars in hotel conference rooms and then overpriced and worthless get-rich-quick real estate training courses.

Last week, a federal class action lawsuit was filed against Kiyosaki's Rich Dad fraudulent courses.

A federal class action claims Rich Dad Education and its affiliates use their "free classes" and $199 seminars about financial success as a come-on in a high-pressure "sales scam" to sell worthless courses for tens of thousands of dollars.

Named plaintiff Robert Crewe says Rich Dad's "sales scam is built on a misleading three-tiered sales pitch where customers are sold increasingly expensive financial training programs using pressures tactics and false promises."

Crewe says he paid $199 to attend a "Rich Dad Education Stock Success 3-day Training program, which was supposed to provide training and education in trading stocks."

But he says, "Defendants did not provide any training or education at the workshop. Instead, the sole purpose of the workshop was to up-sell 'students' into additional useless but more-expensive coursework and monitoring, which costs up to $64,899 per enrollee."

Also sued are Cashflow Technologies, Tigrent Learning and two entities, two Rich Dad affiliates, and Robert Kiyosaki, who lives in or around Phoenix and allegedly "approved, authorized, either expressly or tacitly directed, ratified and/or participated in the acts complained of herein".

2011 Election Analysis

These odd year elections are less popular than the even year elections, but it's still an election to place many state and local politicians into power, and an opportunity to vote on referendum votes. We learned in 2009 that young voter turnout drops while the elderly voter turnout stays steady, thus giving the Republicans an advantage.

The Democrats have improved in 2011. The Republicans were expected to have an upper hand with a higher elderly voter turnout and Obama's mediocre popularity. It didn't happen. Overall, the Democrats or Republicans won a few and lost a few state and local seats here and there, but neither party made a significant gain overall.

Perhaps the Democrats got greater young, minority, and women voter turnout this year, or more of the older voters are dying away. I haven't found analysis on these demographics yet, but the Democrats have improved in what was supposed to be the election year for the GOP.

However, there is more to celebrate as the far-right Republicans suffered significant losses. In two of the most watched referendum votes, the Democrats came out as the clear winner. In Ohio, voters strongly rejected a Republican referendum vote to severely restrict unions and workers' rights, and in Mississippi, voters strongly rejected an anti-abortion bill. In Arizona, Russell Pearce, Arizona’s most powerful legislator and the architect of its tough immigration law, was outed in a recall election last Tuesday.

Last year, Krisanne Hall got fired from her job because she got her wish. Being a public speaker for the Tea Party who preaches hatred against the government and demands a smaller government, the state of Florida granted her wish and justifiably fired her.

The case came to an end in July 2011 when both sides agreed to mediation. The case would not go any further and no further ruling would be made, so Krisanne did not win. The defendant, Skip Jarvis and the state of Florida, will pay for some of Krisanne's legal costs, as an effort to save taxpayer dollars on a frivolous lawsuit that has financially drained her.

A limited loss for Krisanne Hall and the Tea Party, but still a loss, which makes it a victory for America.

1) Former Wisconsin State Senator Randy Hopper arrested on DUI charges

Former Wisconsin State Sen. Randy Hopper (R), who lost his seat in August from the recall elections, was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated Sunday after someone complained to the Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Department that his black Suburban was “all over the road.”

When deputies caught up with Hopper in the Festival Foods parking lot, there was a single passenger car, 25-year-old mistress Valerie Cass, a former lobbyist who was given a job by Gov. Scott Walker’s (R) administration under suspicious circumstances.

“The person who called it in followed (the SUV) into the parking lot because they obviously wanted something done since he (Hopper) was all over the road,” Chief Deputy Mark Strand told FDLReporter.

Hopper was arrested after failing field sobriety tests. He refused to take a breath test.

Hours later, the former state senator did take a preliminary breath test (PBT) while cooling his heels on a 12-hold in a jail cell. Strand would only say that the results were over .08 legal blood alcohol limit.

2) Tennessee Republican state Rep. Curry Todd arrested for DUI and illegal handgun possession

Tennessee Republican state Rep. Curry Todd, who once compared undocumented immigrants to "rats" was arrested in Nashville, Tenn., Tuesday night and charged with drunken driving and possession of a handgun under the influence.

At around 11:15 Tuesday night, Rep. Todd was stopped in his GMC Envoy in Nashville. The AP reports that he allegedly failed a roadside sobriety test and refused to take a breathalyzer. A loaded Smith & Wesson 38 Special was also allegedly found in his vehicle.

The AP adds that Todd is also a lead sponsor of a bill that would allow handgun carry permit holders to bring guns into bars.

After nearly three years as President, he is turning out to be a Republican puppet who is too weak and stupid to end the disastrously failed Bush and Republcan policies that got us into this recession and financial ruin. Last June I pointed out his troubles and they are still continuing.

Now the millions of small donors who donated to Obama's 2008 campaign are abandoning Obama, just as Obama failed to carry out his campaign promises and abandoned us.

I am in this camp of the millions of small time donors who is not planning to donate to Obama's 2012 campaign until Obama produces results, not broken campaign promises. Obama will likely win the 2012 election, but it should be a weak victory, not so much for Obama, but because he is the lesser of two evils and the GOP and their candidates are so much worse and disastrous for the country.

So the Republlicans are the party of evil, crime, and corruption. However, Obama is defining the Democrats as weak and stupid the way he's (non)-running things. The Democrats are still the lesser of two evils, but Mr. President, get with it.

NPI conference in DC a bust

On September 9-10, the National Policy Institute held a white nationalist, right-wing conference in the Reagan Building. The same old folks from VDare and American Renaissance were there again, but in underwhelmingly and significantly smaller numbers and influence, and in older and decaying states.

Around the year 2000 or earlier, these conferences would attract at least 500 racists across the nation. Around the year 2005, about 200 or more would attend a conference like this.

In September 2011, the count for this conference is 50 at best. It was so underwhelming that no news organization would waste any time or ink on this disappointing conference. One People's Project, who are winning the war, has details on the NPI conference.

The median age of this group increases to at least 60, as they had much trouble attracting anyone under the age of 50. The same old fossils were there as usual, like American Renaissance's Jared Taylor. Like I said, white supremacist conferences are like funeral parlors.

Now these racists have to pay off the rental space at the Reagan Building. With attendance down by at least 70 percent, and always in financial ruin and getting worse, their financial problems and future will surely go downhill.

Anthony Jack Trinca, 61, and his son Michael Robert Trinca, 23, both of Myrtle Beach, were arrested for selling counterfeit copies of the Rosetta Stone language software package. They spent about two hours at J. Reuben Long Detention Center Tuesday, each charged with unauthorized use or trafficking in counterfeit trademarks by an individual, according to jail records. They were each released on $5,000 bail.

A spell of suffocating heat will grip much of the South again Friday. Heat advisories are in place for parts of 14 states. People from New Mexico to North Carolina will feel the extreme heat, according to the National Weather Service.

The developments come as several cities in Texas closed in on records for the most consecutive days of 100-degree heat.

On Thursday, Dallas marked its 34th straight day of temperatures above 100 degrees. That city has been getting a lot of attention for its hellish heat, but some smaller Texas cities have had it worse. Thursday was Waco's 35th straight day topping 100 degrees, and it marked Tyler's 38th. The record for both Dallas and Waco is 42 straight days over three digits, set in 1980.

Not only are temperatures high in Texas, but the state climatologist said Thursday that Texas in the midst of the most severe one-year drought on record. Recordkeeping began in 1895.

Last month was also the hottest month ever on record in Texas and the third driest July, climatologist John Nielsen-Gammon said.

"Never before has so little rain been recorded prior to and during the primary growing season for crops, plants and warm-season grasses," he said.

Southern Scorcher as Heat Wave Slams South and Midwest

Andres Behring Breivik is not Muslim or dark skinned. He is a very pale, blond, white male who is confirmed to be deeply affiliated with right-wing Christian extremism, such as Rush Limbaugh, Glenn Beck, Ann Coulter, and Steve Sailer.

The War on Terror is only in it's infancy stages. This will make concrete evidence to evict right-wing extremist groups like American Renaissance, VDare, and similar to cancel their terrorist activities when they set up their conferences in Washington D.C. or wherever. Extreme heat wave to spread across U.S., drought conditions to worsen

Already during July, 882 record high temperatures have been tied or set across the U.S. At the same time, drought is more extensive than any time since at least 2000. Over the weekend and next week, the drought will worsen in many areas while a remarkable burst of humid heat surges north and then east.

The U.S. Drought Monitor released Thursday showed 29 percent of the country in drought, and 12 percent of the country in exceptional drought, the largest extent on record (though records only go back to 2000).

The drought conditions covering large sections of the U.S. have evolved very quickly. A year ago, there was essentially no extreme or exceptional drought over the U.S. The New York Times has an excellent illustration showing the evolution of “extreme to exceptional” drought over time

Of all states, drought conditions continued to be most extensive and intense in Texas, with 72 percent of the state in exceptional drought. But drought conditions have rapidly expanded in Oklahoma, where exceptional drought now covers 40 percent of the state, a marked 10 percent increase from last week.

In the south central U.S., the drought and heat go hand in hand. At weather.com’s blog, meteorologist Stu Ostro, explained the self-reinforcing cycle:

In the southern states, particularly the southern Plains, afternoon high temperatures have consistently been particularly extreme, assisted by how dry the soil is. Rather than some of the sun’s energy going into evaporating soil moisture, it gets efficiently converted into quickly-rising temperatures each day.

And in turn, the soil dries out even more, worsening the drought.

Even after defeating Osama Bin Laden, the lackluster recovery from America's recession, the economy, and the rising debt are having their tolls on President Obama.

During the 2008 campaign, there was great hope for a leader who could show leadership and integrity, and take America out of the failed Bush and Republican policies that got us into this economic disaster.

After two and a half years of being President, Obama is not showing leadership and delivering on his promises. He promised hope and change, and campaigned heavily to end the failed Bush regime. Today the richest millionaires are still enjoying the Bush tax cuts geared toward them, everyone else is further impoverished, unemployment is still high, the recession lingers, and the deficit is out of control.

Obama's weakness is that he is not standing up to the right-wingers. His whole career so far is about caving into the Republican's demands and failing to carry out his own campaign promises. And what about all those young voters who voted for him and delivered a strong victory? Obama neglects them. When in comes to the ecomony, all Obama is ever focused on is Social Security and Medicare. No mention about college or education, or tackling the high tuition costs, or little promise of providing jobs to college graduates. With this outlook, why would the young voters come out to vote for Obama in 2012?

Obama promised to end the failed policies of the Bush regime, but in reality he is only imitating Bush. So how is this going to fare for him in 2012? Not too well.

Florida: On Tuesday, Alvin Brown became the first Democrat elected mayor of Jacksonville—Florida's largest city—in 20 years. Just seven months ago, Republicans swept the Sunshine State with Tea Party-backed candidate Rick Scott winning the governor's office with a 1.2 percent margin of victory.

Now Rick Scott finds himself the least popular newly elected governor in Florida history. It's not just a matter of the honeymoon being over—this looks like a drunken Vegas marriage heading for a shotgun divorce.

Fifty-five percent of Florida voters disapprove of Scott's job in office, while only 32 percent approve, according to a mid-April PPP poll. The Suffolk University poll found that 41 percent of respondents said the new gov's first months in office had been "negative and damaging" while only 26 percent described it as "positive and productive."

Ohio: Governor John Kasich is struggling as well, after narrowly defeating Democrat incumbent Ted Strickland last fall. A new Quinnipiac poll released on Wednesday found Kasich's approval numbers decidedly upside down, with 49 percent of voters disapproving and 38 percent approving of his efforts in office to date. SPLC: White Nationalist Website VDARE in Trouble, Loses Big Funder

The white nationalist website VDARE.com is in financial trouble — and its founder says that more mainstream anti-immigration groups may be responsible.

“If VDARE.com is to survive [the] latest threat, it must have your help now,” writes the website’s founder, Peter Brimelow, in a lengthy letter published on its homepage.

The latest threat, according to Brimelow, is that a big benefactor recently cut off funding for the website, which regularly publishes articles by white supremacists and anti-Semites. The “major foundation,” which Brimelow doesn’t name, helped finance the website since its inception in 1999. “ We’ve lost close to a third of our budget and we’ve been plunged into an immediate cash crisis,” writes Brimelow, a leading anti-immigration activist and author of the best-selling Alien Nation. “Of course, I’m still trying to find out what happened. One explanation I’ve been given is that the Washington D.C. ‘Beltway immigration reform groups’ lobbied against us, claiming that they would be tainted through guilt by association if our donor gave to us as well as them, because of our willingness to take risks and push the Political Correctness envelope.” (Brimelow doesn’t identify the “Beltway immigration reform groups,” but an April 7 VDARE.com column by Alexander Hart states that the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR), the Center for Immigration Studies and NumbersUSA are the “best-funded and most visible Beltway organizations in the patriotic immigration reform movement.” The SPLC identifies FAIR as a hate group because of its ties to white supremacists.)

Though Brimelow has denied that VDARE.com is white nationalist, his site features articles by extremists such as Jared Taylor, editor of the racist American Renaissance magazine; Kevin MacDonald, a psychology professor at the California State University, Long Beach, who argues that Jews are genetically driven to undermine the power of whites; and the late Sam Francis, who edited the newspaper of the white supremacist Council of Conservative Citizens. Brimelow says he heard that the “Beltway immigration reform groups” especially objected to VDARE.com columnist and blogger Steve Sailer, who founded a neo-eugenics organization called the Human Biodiversity Institute. In a Feb. 7 column, Sailer wrote that murder “is for whites, and for anyone else who gets in the way of minorities that are clearly systematically prone to criminality.” He has repeatedly blamed the 2008 economic crash on a government push for minority home ownership. In a March 8 column complaining about Jewish support for immigration, he asserted that “American Jews should realize that, like the Protestant elite of yore, their privileged position as a de facto leadership caste bestows upon themselves corresponding duties to conserve the long-term well-being of the United States — rather than to indulge in personal and ethnic profit and power maximization.”

Brimelow, formerly a mainstream journalist at Forbes magazine and the National Review, explains that “supporting Steve is one of our main expenses” and laments that, “if VDARE.com fails, Steve Sailer will have no other outlets for his path-breaking work.” He also emphasizes the importance of paying VDARE.com’s other contributors, saying it’s critical to the website’s long-term health. Because operating expenses are low, he writes, “Essentially everything you give goes to pay writers and editors.”

Actually, quite a lot goes to paying Brimelow, who chairs the board of directors of the Connecticut-based VDARE Foundation, which manages the website. In 2007, Brimelow received $378,418, which accounted for nearly three-quarters of the foundation’s expenses. (Just $134,000 went toward paying freelance writers.) In 2006, Brimelow got $205,000; John Brimelow, Peter’s brother and fellow board member, was paid $45,020. That year, the compensation for both Brimelows amounted to more than half the foundation’s spending.

But VDARE.com wasn’t as personally lucrative for Brimelow in 2008, the last year for which tax forms are available. He received $115,000 — just over a quarter of the foundation’s spending for the year. Most of the remaining expenses consisted of fees paid to independent contractors.

Recently in March 2011, U.S. District court dismissed her case that her 14th Amendment was violated. That is already half of Krisanne's case that she lost. The U.S. District court is allowing her 1st Amendment case to proceed.

This is a no-brainer on who will lose. Krisanne will lose this case, but let her proceed. She will rack up massive legal debts, so that is one less person to contribute to the right-wing fascist industry, and one more lost cause for you right-wingers to donate. Face the facts, VDare, American Renaissance, the Heritage Foundation, AEI, YAF, and the like have been overwhelmed with lost causes like Krisanne many years ago, so there will be no job openings. I'm also willing to bet the right-winger crowd bought all their junk crap like conservative CDs, DVDs, and newsletters many years ago, so there isn't any money there.

She will also set a national precedence when she loses. It will justifiably allow any government agency or organization to fire or reject similar hateful right-wing fascists like Krisanne. Even government contractors, like janitors and cafeteria workers, will face termination.

And remember, it wasn't some multi-million dollar media blitz that got teabagger Krisanne fired. It was just an ordinary coworker who informed her supervisor. So you too can also make the same impact and make a world of difference for the better, just be aware of your coworkers activities.

This month of May marks the one year anniversary of an unsurprising event. In May 2010, former Florida assistant state attorney KrisAnne Hall (40) was fired for her deep and public affiliations to the Tea Party.

It was a justifiable firing, when a coworker informed KrisAnne Hall's supervisor, Skip Jarvis, that Ms. Hall was deeply involved in the Tea Party. Email exchanges began in April 2010, when Mr. Jarvis warned Ms. Hall that she works for the state of Florida and is responsible for taking good care of Florida state, the government, and the millions of diverse citizens. However, being a Tea Party spokesperson is a direct conflict to her state attorney job, as the Tea Party is notoriously recognized as a fringe right-wing, anti-government, and borderline racist and hate group.

Emails were exchanged, Krisanne did not resign from the Tea Party, and in May she got fired. She is currently suing the state of Florida for her job back, though after a year it looks pretty dismal for her and bright for Florida and America.

She also does some public speaking and accepts donations, but let this be a lesson to you Tea Party lunatics. I'm sure VDare and American Renaissance doesn't have any more jobs for writers, so it's more dead ends for KrisAnne. And when she loses the legal case, she will be stuck with a hefty legal bill. Time for you right-wingers to dig out your empty wallets again (and again, and again, and again) to donate to another lost cause.

Hey, she wanted smaller government, so she got it. Why is she fighting for her government job back and only make the government bigger? The GOP tried unsuccessfully to drop his nomination and Jim's reputation plummeted like all Amren losers. In the November election, Jim suffered a staggering loss and as of today is troubled with deep campaign debts and financial ruin.

Jan 2011 - Right-wing nuthead Jared Lee Loughner commits a terrorist act in Arizona by shooting Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords and several people, murdering several of them. While Jared did not attend an Amren conference, the Virginia State Police were correct to label Amren a terrorist group because of their ability to use the media to promote their hate and terrorist to their target audience - eccentric, hateful white males like Jared Loughner.

Feb 2011 - Jared Taylor attempted to move the conference to Charlotte, NC, but was still cancelled after hotels were rejecting Amren. I was one of many working diligently to research and expose them and make this happen.

The offical 2010 U.S. Census Bureau results released last week report the white population continues to decline to 64 percent nationwide (63.7 percent to be exact). The 2000 U.S. Census Bureau results reported the national white population at 69.1 percent and is well on track to becoming a non-majority status. Other findings.

The change over the past decade was especially dramatic among young people. In the new census, 46.5 percent of people under 18 were minority, a dramatic jump from 39.1 percent in 2000.

As recently as last summer, demographers projected that minorities would make up a majority of the under-18 population sometime after 2020. At the current rate of growth, however, nonwhites will comprise a majority of children in the United States by 2015.

Diversity is sprouting even in places long considered alabaster: In the new census, minorities represent more than 20 percent of the population in Utah, nearly 18 percent in Indiana, 17 percent in Minnesota, 16 percent in Idaho, and 15 percent in South Dakota. Minority populations in Iowa and North Dakota poked into double digits.

The writer, Adam Weinstein, wrote that riot police officers had been ordered to clear protesters from the Wisconsin state capitol in Madison.

The rumored 2 a.m. Sunday expulsion of protesters in Madison never happened.

Mother Jones on Wednesday published an article about Cox's Twitter posting and other inflammatory remarks the former state prosecutor had made online. By the end of the day, Cox had been fired from his job.

"Civility and courtesy toward all members of the public are very important to the Indiana Attorney General's Office," the agency said in a prepared statement. "We respect individuals' First Amendment right to express their personal views on private online forums, but as public servants we are held by the public to a higher standard, and we should strive for civility."

Not only is Cox unemployed, but his eligibility for unemployment benefits are in danger because he was fired by his actions rather than laid off. Then his digital footprints are embedded on the internet so his next employer can reject or fire him, just as his previous employer did.

In Nassau County, located in Long Island, New York, an employee of the Nassau County Board of Elections has been accused of writing eight fake addresses on campaign forms in 2009, Nassau County District Attorney Kathleen Rice's office announced Tuesday. Imtiaz Insanally, 27, of Valley Stream, is alleged to have used the fake addresses on a petition to add Republican Christian Browne to the ballot on the Tax Revolt Party line. Browne was running for County Legislator in the Fifth Legislative District.

Imtiaz Insanally is currently employed as a part-time clerk for the Nassau County Board of Elections, in the election machine department, a job he's held since 2006.

More Young People Entering Nursing Homes, Report Finds

Nursing homes resemble the dying breed of Steve Sailer and his depressed, dying, elderly old farts. If they aren't in a nursing home yet, it's all too often they already committed suicide at an earlier age. But some younger white people become diseased and crippled and wind up in a nursing home with elderly people many decades older.

Here is a news report of some unfortunate young folks being stuck in Steve Sailer's and the Republicans' depressed, dying, end-of-the-line resting place - the nursing home.

Twenty-six-year-old Adam Martin is confined to a place no young person wants to be -- a nursing home.

Martin is a quadriplegic who lost the use of his legs and arms after being accidentally shot in the neck. He now lives at the Sarasota Health and Rehabilitation Center. "It's lonely here," he told the Associated Press.

In the past eight years, the number of nursing home residents under the age of 65 has increased about 22 percent, according to AP.

"Nursing homes are not prepared in any way shape or form for young people," Jamie Huysman told AOL Health. Huysman is a social worker and spokesman for the International Human Rights Campaign for Caregivers and a member of the National Association of Social Workers.

Most younger patients have to share a room with someone who exceeds their age by 20 years or more, and generational gaps can cause tension. Older residents don't like the louder music of the younger residents, and the younger residents can't be healthy, emotionally and mentally, when they are faced with death everyday.

"It's a depressing place to live," explained Martin to the AP. "People die around you all the time. It starts to really get depressing because all you're seeing is negative, negative, negative."

Not all younger residents are in for the long haul. Some are just there to recover from an injury since it is a cheaper method for their insurance companies.

Either way, for those younger people who find themselves disabled, recovering and in a nursing home, sometimes the hardest part of the battle can be psychological.

"It is a real challenge for young people," Dr. James Campbell, Geriatric Center director and executive director of Post Acute and Extended Care at The MetroHealth System in Cleveland, told AOL Health.

Many young residents can slip into depression from their physical limitations, lack of socializing and dreary and sad surroundings. According to Campbell, social perks, such as activities, game nights and social outings, are "critical" and can sometimes make or break the mental and emotional health of a younger resident. "The risk is without that they will be become isolated and depressed."

Gas prices surge 76% from 2008

NEW YORK (CNNMoney.com) -- Holiday shoppers will need to bump up their budget for one purchase this year, and they can't even put it under the tree: gasoline.

The price of fuel is up 13.6% from last December and 76% higher from December 2008, according to a new study from the Oil Price Information Service.

Nationwide, drivers are estimated to spend $305 on gasoline in December.

Who's hardest hit? People in Montana.

Montana households are estimated to spend over $449 on gas in December, representing a 12.74% slice of their overall household budget.

Residents of New York are getting off relatively easy. Households there are estimated to spend around $214 on gas in December, just 4.71% of their household income. Other low-cost states include Maryland, Massachusetts, Nevada and Illinois.

It's common that people in rural states spend a higher percent of their salary on gas, as incomes tend to be lower. They also often have further to drive for work, and tend to buy larger vehicles.

U.S. Census 2010: Red states gain House seats, but not necessarily for the benefit of GOP

The U.S. Census Bureau has released it's results from the 2010 Census to determine how the House of Representatives should be apportioned for the next decade. The red states have overall seen the most population growth and gains in House seats, with Texas the biggest winner with a gain of 4 House seats.

But that is not necessarily for the benefit of GOP. The overwhelming growth in these red states is due to the Hispanic population, which strongly votes Democrat and are trending to vote even more Democratic. So while the red states are gaining, it's because the blue population is contributing to the growth, thus turning these states purple and eventually blue.

Did you think the Republicans have any future? They only won the white voters, who are stagnant at best and often declining in population, thanks to the GOP's suicidal policies to decimate themselves. The Democrats have won the votes of every non-white race, all who are growing in population and showing no signs of ever going to the dark side (the GOP).

Anthony Bittner, 18, is in trouble with the law again. He was arrested last September on suspicion of two counts of trafficking in stolen property by the Clark County poince in Washington state. This was already on top of another previous arrest of suspicion of drug and forgery charges.

Former House candidate Anthony Bittner, 18, arrested again

Deputies say Bittner accompanied friend and co-defendant Jorgen Cattin to sell a stolen wakeboard he advertised on Craigslist. The buyer said he was trying to buy back his stolen wakeboard. He arranged to meet the men in Portland and notified police, court documents reveal.

Deputies said seven wakeboards were stolen from two boats in the 100 block of Northeast 54th Street. Six were found in Bittner’s apartment, which he shares with co-defendants Nathan Combs and Cattin, and the seventh is alleged to be the one they tried to sell, according to court documents.

Bittner’s other alleged criminal activity came to light last week after deputies executed a search warrant of his apartment in the 13700 block of Northwest Second Avenue. Inside, they allegedly found marijuana plants, pipes, fake bills and scanners and printers used to make counterfeit $100s, according to court records.

The search warrant followed a Sept. 14 burglary allegedly involving Combs.

Though the investigation is ongoing, Harvey said he has no solid evidence Bittner was involved in the burglary; the burglars were wearing masks.

Bittner made his first court appearance Friday on suspicion of operating a drug house and making counterfeit $100 bills.

Meet Andrew Lewis Jones from Broadway, Virginia. He is young at age 18 and will have many years to pay for his crimes. Jones was an intern for the Bob McDonnell's Virginia gubernatorial campaign in 2009 and was Deputy Campaign Manager for Tony Wilt‘s bid for House of Delegates earlier this year. He was an executive board member of the College Republicans in James Madison University, as well as a student at JMU.

On November 10, 2010, Jones was arrested on 33 charges of credit card fraud and forgery; specifically, he is accused of stealing credit cards from several JMU students and racking up some $3,000 in purchases.

The JMU College Republicans distanced themselves from one of their kind and Andrew Jones dropped out of JMU and transferred to another school. However, he can't drop his digital footprints, so here it is for everyone to see.

Sailer type white males sure know how to raise families. Last year, 24 year old Tylar James Hokanson of Wisconsin was babysitting his 17 month old stepson, Nicholas Miller. To nurture his stepson, Tylar violently and repeatedly shook the baby until he suffered fatal injuries. It causing bleeding in his brain, a broken back, blunt force trauma and other injuries. Tylar refused to get medical help for the baby and the baby died.

For Thanksgiving 2010, a jury in criminal court convicted Tylar James Hokanson guilty of murder and sentenced him to life in prison.

Michael Hoffman stabbed, dismembered women and boy in Ohio

Sailer type white males are notorious for their failure to deal with women and children. They are often eccentric loners who don't raise families, but instead take out their pain and failures on women and children. And brother, did Michael Hoffman (30) ever have some low frustrations to let out.

The remains of Tina Herrmann, 31, her son, Kody Maynard, 11, and Stephanie Sprang, 41, were found in garbage bags in the hollow of a tree in Kokosing Lake State Wildlife Area in Knox County, Ohio, authorities said Thursday.

The three had been missing since November 10, along with Herrmann's 13-year-old daughter, prompting a weeklong search throughout the rural region. The girl, Sarah Maynard, was found alive last Sunday, bound and gagged in the basement of a Mount Vernon residence, about 20 miles from the Herrman's central Ohio home.

The man who lived in the home, Matthew Hoffman, was arrested and faces a kidnapping charge in her abduction. He allegedly directed authorities to the missing people.

"His information led to the location of the bodies," Knox County Sheriff David Barber said Thursday, while announcing the discovery of the remains.

The three were attacked with a knife and stabbed multiple times in the back and chest, causing them to bleed to death, Knox County Coroner J.F. Ogle said in a statement Saturday.

2) Sailer lied about white Republican birth rates

One of Steve Sailer's worst lies is that among whites, Republicans have considerably higher birth and growth rates than Democrats. More lies and wishful thinking by Sailer, and white voting trends since 1976 further disprove Sailer.

If white Republicans have staggeringly higher birth and growth rates than white Democrats, then the percentage of white voters who vote Republican should be considerably increasing every Presidential election. The truth is that the white Republican percentage is not increasing, and in fact it is slightly but steadily decreasing.

When Sen. Harry Reid took the stage to revel in his reelection triumph, hundreds of sign-waving supporters chanted, "Si, se puede!"

The Spanish mantra of "Yes we can" was appropriate for the Democratic majority leader, long considered among the nation's most vulnerable incumbents. Reid won Tuesday partly because of his strength among Latinos and other minorities, many of whom were motivated by Republican Sharron Angle's racially charged rhetoric.

"Yes we did," responded an ebullient Reid, who seized two-thirds of Latino votes and an even larger share of black and Asian ballots, according to exit polls. Meanwhile, Angle trounced Reid among white voters by a double-digit margin.

Reid's success with minorities is a microcosm of how he handily clinched victory, winning 50% to 44%. A flurry of mailers and commercials helped demonize Angle as outside the mainstream. A string of high-profile surrogates, including President Obama, bolstered Reid's standing with key groups.

A ground game that Reid bragged was superior to some presidential campaigns pushed voters to the polls.

Angle failed to help herself with incendiary talk that gambled on minorities not showing up in force. Her close ties to the "tea party" movement, which has been criticized as racially exclusionary, turned off voters such as Kandyce Douglas.

2010 Election Analysis - Race, Sex, Age

The 2010 elections have passed and the Republicans have gained a significant number of seats of Congress, although they do not dominate. The Republicans won about 56 percent of the seats in the House, but could not win the Senate as the Democrats retained a small majority.

Let's get to the point and analyze how race, sex, and age affected the 2010 elections, and the future of both parties. All data is from the CNN Election 2010 website, which covers the voters in the House elections nationwide.

Race

The Republicans did well because they won more white voters, and since this is an even non-Presidential election year, older white voters are more likely to vote. In typical Presidential elections, whites tend to vote 55 to 58 percent Republican and consisted of 74 percent of voters in 2008. In 2010, whites voted 60 percent Republican and consisted of 78 percent of voters.

Does that mean the Sailer Strategy is still alive? Not at all, because following the Sailer Strategy means focusing only on declining white voters and ignoring everyone else, which will prove to be suicidal in 2012 and beyond.

With the growing minority voters, the Republicans failed, as always, to reach out to the minority groups. Here are the voting patterns by race in the 2010 House races.

The percentage of minority voters who voted Democrat in 2010 were a little down from 2008 when Obama captured an all time record high, but they are consistent with voting Democrat for countless years. Blacks (90%), Latino (64%), Asian (56%), and Other (53%) strongly voted Democrat and the Republicans failed to win their votes.

The only good news for the Republicans is that the minority voters made up a slightly smaller percentage of voters in 2010, but this will not be the case in 2012. The white voting population will decline to 72 or 71 percent of voters and Obama will dominate the minority vote.

Sex

The Republicans did have some success gathering women voters in 2010, who consistently make up 53 percent of all voters. Usually around 44 percent of women vote Republican, but this time they won an abnormally high 49 percent of women voters, as a record number of female Republicans ran for office and Sarah Palin was campaigning for them. The Republicans also reclaimed some of the men voters they lost in 2008.

In 2008, women and men voted 43% and 48% for McCain respectively. In 2010, women and men voted 49% and 56% Republican in House races respectively.

Will the Republicans win this many women voters in 2012 and beyond? Very unlikely, but time will tell and that is still awhile away. To win women voters, they must act less misogynist, but that will destroy what defines the Republicans. Politics, deceit, and hypocrisy are such tough jobs.

Age
The young voters age 18 to 29 are most likely to vote Democrat, but they are less likely to vote in the less popular non-Presidential elections. In 2008, the young made up 18% of voters; in 2010, the young made up 11% of voters.

A blunt lesson to the Democrats, strategists, and campaign managers. You will have to find a way to reach out to the under age 30 voters in the non-Presidential elections, especially the odd year elections.

2010 Elections - Republicans Last Stand?

The 2010 elections are coming up and it is certain the Democrats will lose some seats in Congress. A best case scenario for the Republicans is that they will win a slight majority in Congress.

Despite what the right-wing media will overhype, this is simply the natural course of checks and balances in U.S. politics. But the Republicans have won very few, if any, voter population groups that are increasing in number. The old white male population continues to get older and decline. Due to a sluggish economic recovery so far, the Republicans have temporarily gained some votes from indepedent and centrist whites, but how long will it last?

The republicans can win back some seats and do what they do best, to destroy their own population through recklessness, incompetence, elitism, and depression. I sure have to admit, the republicans dominate in this area.

Oil Spill Causes Depression To Rise 25 Percent In Gulf Region: Gallup

ORANGE BEACH, Ala. — Before the BP oil spill, the Gulf Coast was a place of abundant shrimping, tourist-filled beaches and a happy if humble lifestyle. Now, it's home to depression, worry and sadness for many.

A Gallup survey released Tuesday of almost 2,600 coastal residents showed that depression cases are up more than 25 percent since an explosion killed 11 people and unleashed a three-month gusher of crude into the Gulf in April that ruined many livelihoods. The conclusions were consistent with trends seen in smaller studies and witnessed by mental health workers.

People just aren't as happy as they used to be despite palm trees and warm weather. A "well-being index" included in the Gallup study said many coastal residents are stressed out, worried and sad more often than people living inland, an indication that the spill's emotional toll lingers even if most of the oil has vanished from view.

Margaret Carruth is among those fighting to hang on.

Her hairstyling business dried up after tourists stopped coming to the beach and locals cut back on nonessentials like haircuts. All but broke and unable to afford rent, Carruth packed her belongings into her truck and a storage shed and now depends on friends for shelter.

"I'm a strong person and always have been, but I'm almost to the breaking point," says Carruth.

The Gallup survey was conducted in 25 Gulf-front counties from Texas east to Florida over eight months before and after the spill, ending Aug. 6.

The survey found that 19.6 percent of people reported receiving a clinical diagnosis of depression after the spill compared with 15.6 percent before, an increase of 25.6 percent. The study didn't conclude the additional cases were tied directly to the oil, however.

Stanley Neace got a gun and left a deadly murder suicide plot that left 6 dead. The final tipping point was that he got upset over how his wife cooked the eggs, but he had deep troubles that would inevitably lead to this anyway.

Stanley Neace had an extensive criminal record.

1993 - Arrested and charged with two counts of sodomy involving a child. Those were felony charges.

1998 -Pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of third degree sexual abuse. He was placed on two years of probation, and his rights were restored in June, 2002.

Kevin Morris beaten, arrested for racist taunts

In West Haven, Connecticut, Kevin Morris (31) of 71A Washington Ave walked into the Fire & Ice Hookah Lounge and shouted profanities and Vdare style racial epithets against a crowd of Blacks and Muslims. He was also drunk and tried to choke a bartender.

The crowd gave him justice by beating the living hell out of him. When the police arrived, he was bleeding profusely from the face and beaten badly as shown by his mugshot.

Justice prevailed again as Kevin Morris was the one arrested and facing ethnic intimidation charges. Hey, he started it.

Glenn Beck held a rally in Washington D.C. last Saturday, Aug 28, to promote his ultra-conservative agenda. He didn't draw the 300,000 he hopefully anticipated, but he did draw a sizeable crowd of around 87,000 who came from all around the country to listen to his propaganda of extremist right-wing ideals, insanity, fear, falsehoods, and misinformation.

87,000 is a sizeable number, but look at the pictures and try to spot anyone who is not white. There may be a few dozen, including mixed race with partial European blood, but if even 1 full percent was non-white, you would have to struggle to find 870 such people.

Ken Mehlman, Bush Campaign Manager, Comes Out as Gay

Former Republican National Committee chairman and Bush-Cheney campaign manager Ken Mehlman has announced publicly that he is gay, CBS News chief political consultant and politics editor for The Atlantic Marc Ambinder reports.

"It's taken me 43 years to get comfortable with this part of my life," Mehlman said. "Everybody has their own path to travel, their own journey, and for me, over the past few months, I've told my family, friends, former colleagues, and current colleagues, and they've been wonderful and supportive. The process has been something that's made me a happier and better person. It's something I wish I had done years ago, but I didn't."

Mehlman was RNC chairman from 2005 to 2007 after serving as Bush-Cheney campaign manager in 2004. He also served as White House political director during President Bush's first term.

He's nowhere near the first of the conservatives to come out of the closet, nor will be nowhere near the last.

Former U.S. Agriculture Department employee Shirley Sherrod has announced she will sue Andrew Breitbart for publicly posting maliciously edited videos on his right-wing hate website that led to the misguided firing of Shirley Sherrod from the USDA. This article explains it all.

The edited video clip of Sherrod made it appear she discriminated against a white farmer looking for assistance from the USDA. Sherrod's speech to the NAACP audience actually took place 24 years ago before she began working for the USDA. In the unedited version of her speech she discusses how the incident changed her outlook and made her realize people should move beyond race.

"I will definitely do it," Sherrod said when asked about taking legal action while at a National Association of Black Journalists convention. Breitbart "had to know that he was targeting me," she continued. "At this point, he hasn't apologized. I don't want it at this point, and he'll definitely hear from me."

Andrew Breitbart has an extensive history of spewing his hateful right-wing agenda with fraud and lies. Last year in 2009, he sponsored his two young employees, James O'Keefe and Hannah Giles, to infiltrate ACORN offices with a hidden video camera and maliciously edit those videos to ruin ACORN. Although ACORN employees were found innocent of these false corruption charges, they sure did extensive damage by shutting down ACORN.

Truth and justice provided a harsh backlash against Breitbart's crew. First, James O'Keefe smears came back him in an honest fashion. While O'Keefe's smears against ACORN were false, the smearing charges of racism against him where truthful.

Then in January 2010, James O'Keefe was arrested for illegally wiretapping U.S. Senator Mary Landrieu's office.

While James O'Keefe is now a thoroughly debunked racist and felon, his wonderling pseudo-sister Hannah Giles is currently being sued by several ex-ACORN employees for those maliciously false videos. Here's ex-ACORN employee Katherine Conway Russell telling the truth.

Truth and justice can be very sweet. Look at how Andrew Breitbart had a complete meltdown and tantrum after seeing his wonderling children, O'Keefe and Giles, face truth and justice.

Minority population growing in the United States, census estimates show

Minorities now make up about 35% of the country's population, and about 57% of the population in California. Meanwhile, the white population continues to decline.

In 42 states, numbers show a loss of non-Hispanic whites under age 45. Nationally, this group declined by 8.4 million.

In contrast, the number of states in which the majority of children under 15 are minorities has increased, with Florida, Maryland, Georgia and Nevada bringing the number of such states to 10.

Much of the nation's demographic change is seen among children. In California, minorities make up 72% of those under age 15. In 2000, they made up 65%.

Nationally, 46% of children under 15 are minorities, compared with 40% in 2000.

In 2000, the District of Columbia and three states — Hawaii, New Mexico and California — had minority populations which exceeded 50%. In 2009, Texas joined that group.

Instead of giving $50 directly to the soldiers in Iraq, Rush came up with the adopt-a-soldier program. The scam victim gives the $50 to Rush Limbaugh directly and Rush keeps it, then Rush mails a copy of the Limbaugh letter to a soldier in Iraq.

I'm sure Rush can come up with a Rush Limbaugh Gulf spill relief effort. Instead of giving $50 directly to the relief and cleanup crews in the Gulf region, just give the $50 to Rush so he can keep it and send a copy of his Limbaugh letter to the crews working there. It may have some effect since paper can soak up some oil.

Boy, you Cajun conservatives are really screwed if you think your heroes like Rush are going to help you. Let that be a lesson to ya all.

Conservatives sure know how to set new records - for the worst. Sarah Palin's "Drill, Baby, Drill" and the Bush/Cheney regime to deregulate offshore drilling to dangerous and corrupt levels sure paid off well.

The Gulf oil spill has far surpassed the Exxon Valdez oil spill in 1989 to become the worst oil spill disaster in United States. The Valdez spilled an estimated 11 million gallons of oil and over 20 years later, the affected parts of Alaska are still damaged. The Deepwater Horizon Gulf oil spill has leaked 18 to 28 million gallons of oil so far, and continues to leak oil at staggering amounts. These are low estimates and some estimates place it around 40 million gallons of oil leaked.

And following reckless conservative ideals, the news only gets worse for the Southern Republicans. When the Exxon Valdez soaked Alaska, it wasn't catastrophic to the state as a whole. Alaska is by far the largest state in land area and coastlines, but the smallest state in population. So population density is staggeringly small and the oil spill couldn't devastate Alaska as a whole.

However, the Gulf oil spill is soaking or getting ready to soak Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama. Then Florida and Texas are secondary targets. The three prime target states, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama, have a much greater population density and a much smaller coastline compared to Alaska, so the Gulf oil spill will soak and destroy the entire coastlines of these states. Damages will be far greater than what happened to Alaska.

Excessive energy consumption. Reckless energy policies with total disregard for safety or the environment. Conservative values. You reap what you sow.

Nine members of a rightwing Christian militia in the US were charged yesterday with plotting to murder a policeman and then bomb his funeral in an attempt to provoke an anti-government uprising.

Eight of the Michigan-based group, which includes one woman, were arrested at the weekend in raids in three states, amid warnings from civil rights groups of a surge in the number of extremist militias and "patriot" organisations that see the government as the enemy. A ninth person remained at large as charges of sedition and the planned use of weapons of mass destruction were issued.

The members of the group, called Hutaree, allegedly planned to kill the policeman and plant improvised bombs – modelled on those used by insurgents in Iraq – along the route of his funeral, to murder other officers and mourners.

Hutaree, which the group says means Christian warrior, is described by prosecutors as advocating attacks on law enforcement agencies as the "foot soldiers" of the federal government.

"This is an example of radical and extremist fringe groups which can be found throughout our society," said Andrew Arena, the FBI agent in charge of the investigation in Michigan. "The FBI takes such extremist groups seriously."

Hutaree describes its doctrine as based on the testimony of Jesus and warns of a looming battle with the antichrist. "The Hutaree will one day see its enemy and meet him on the battlefield, if so God wills it," the group says in its literature.

Among the forums on the group's website is one dealing with weapons, and another called the "evil Jew forum".

They are the making of white supremacist terrorists like Steve Sailer, American Renaissance, Glenn Beck, Rush Limbaugh, CPAC, and many more.

WASHINGTON — Minorities make up nearly half the children born in the U.S., part of a historic trend in which minorities are expected to become the U.S. majority over the next 40 years.

In fact, demographers say this year could be the "tipping point" when the number of babies born to minorities outnumbers that of babies born to whites.

The numbers are growing because immigration to the U.S. has boosted the number of Hispanic women in their prime childbearing years. Minorities made up 48 percent of U.S. children born in 2008, the latest census estimates available, compared to 37 percent in 1990.

"Census projections suggest America may become a minority-majority country by the middle of the century. For America's children, the future is now," said Kenneth Johnson, a sociology professor at the University of New Hampshire who researched many of the racial trends in a paper being released Wednesday.

Johnson explained there are now more Hispanic women of prime childbearing age who tend to have more children than women of other races. More white women are waiting until they are older to have children, but it is not yet known whether that will have a noticeable effect on the current trend of increasing minority newborns.

Broken down by race, about 52 percent of babies born in 2008 were white. That's compared to about 25 percent who were Hispanic, 15 percent black and 4 percent Asian. Another 4 percent were identified by their parents as multiracial.

On December 2, 2009, the Washington Times announced its first round of mass layoffs by laying off about 40 percent of the newspaper's staff of 370 people. The right-wingers hoped the bad news would stop there, but when you are stuck in their dead end situation, the news only gets worse.

More layoffs were announced on December 31 to bring the country a truly happy new year in 2010. The Boston Herald reports:

The 27-year-old newspaper announced the latest round of layoffs in its Thursday edition and said the last sports section would appear Friday. Among those let go was the newsroom leader, Managing Editor David Jones. Another round of cuts was made earlier in December, and the newspaper published its last Sunday edition last weekend.

The Republicans scored large victories in the two closely watched state governor elections in Virginia and New Jersey. Republicans Robert McDonnell and Christopher Christie won the Virginia and New Jersey state governor seats form the Democrats.

Michael Bloomberg won his third term as New York City mayor, but won by a surprisingly narrow margin despite considerably outspending his relatively unknown opponent William Thompson.

Because I am from the Washington D.C. region, the Virginia governor's race was the most closely watched by me, since I am inundated with the TV commercials. One explanation was that younger voters who voted Obama and the Democrats into victory in 2008 were absent in these boring off year elections.

Why Creigh Deeds Lost Virginia

A year ago, young voters, who usually vote Democratic, were 20 percent of the electorate; today the number was barely half. Among people over 60, who tend to lean conservative, the number doubled from 11 to 21 percent from last year.

The article also mentions Democrat candidate Creigh Deeds was too negative in his campaign, which certainly was true. Deeds should have presented more positive ads on himself and his vision for Virginia, which were noticably absent until two weeks toward election day.

Not to mention Deeds did have a stuttering speech pattern, as Bob McDonnell was the more eloquent speaker.

No matter whether you are Democreat, Republican, Independent, or whatever, American politics is about checks and balances and no one, especially those in power, should be complacent.

So what will the 2010 elections bring when there is much more publicity and federal seats at stake? We'll see, but no one should ever be complacent.

Facebook successfully sues spam king Sanford Wallace for $711 million

Another one of Sailer's internet addict buddies faces another loss. A bizarre white male hopelessly addicted to the internet has made a living transferring his addiction to the rest of us with internet spam.

Facebook has successfully sued Sanford Wallace, better known as "Spamford" on the web. The Las Vegas-based "Spam King" accessed Facebook members' accounts without their permission, and sent out fake Wall posts and spam messages from the compromised accounts.

Here is a profile of Sanford Wallace's history of transferring his misery through spam.

In 2006, he was fined $4 million by the Federal Trade Commission in the United States for posting an excessive number of intrusive pop-up ads across the web that contained a spyware virus.

In May 2008, Wallace and his business partner, Walter Rines, were found guilty of carrying out phishing attacks against MySpace users, and spamming MySpace members with unsolicited messages. The social networking site won a $230 million payout from the "Spam King".

Wallace could face jail time following his latest attacks against Facebook.

Wallace filed for bankruptcy in June.

Then again, spamming has always been a repetitive theme among Sailer's type of bizarre, depressed, hopeless white male internet addicts, like spam itself.

Dean Canaris, 56, a quality engineer for a Honda automotive supplier, was laid off in April and out the door in 30 minutes with no severance.

Harry Jackson, 55, an airline pilot and supervisor, lost his job in 2007 and, to his surprise, has found it nearly impossible to get another job.

Mark Montgomery, 53, was let go from an Owens Corning insulation factory in April and can't afford his $575 monthly mortgage payment.

These men from the Columbus, Ohio, area are the unusual new faces of joblessness in this groundbreaking recession: older men cut loose from employment at the peak of their earning power and work experience.

In previous recessions, veteran workers were largely spared the pain of widespread job cutbacks, according to Bureau of Labor Statistics data. Layoffs tended to be concentrated among younger workers: The younger you were, the more likely you were to get fired. Traditional, bread-winning older males — especially white men — were the least vulnerable.

Not so today. Aging Baby Boomers are suffering a harsh employment bust.

"I never dreamed it would be so hard to put my skills back to work," says Jackson, who was assistant chief pilot at Skybus, a discount airline that went out of business.

Jobless rates for men and women older than 55 are at their highest level since the Great Depression, government data show. White men over 55 had a record 6.5% unemployment rate in the second quarter, far above the previous post-Depression high of 5.4% in 1983. The jobless rate for older black men was higher — 10.5% — but more than a percentage point below its 1983 peak.

Their lies and misinformation can be stupid at times, but can also be fatal. They are also the masters of hypocrisy, so there are times if their weidro white male audience would follow the advice of losers like Beck and Limbaugh, it would do the rest of society a huge favor.

In recent days, both Glenn Beck and Rush Limbaugh have suggested that the H1N1 flu vaccine may be unsafe and questioned the Obama administration's recommendation that Americans get vaccinated, with Limbaugh asserting that "[y]ou'll be healthier" if you don't believe what the government says and Beck suggesting that the vaccine may be "deadly." However, health experts have repeatedly stated that the vaccine is a safe and necessary tool to combat the virus, and that, in CDC chief Thomas Frieden's words, "This flu vaccine is made as flu vaccine is made each year, by the same companies, in the same production facilities, with the same procedures, with the same safety safeguards" and "[t]hat enables us to have a high degree of confidence in the safety of the vaccine."

That's right, you loser Glenn Peck followers and dittoheads. Your masters have declared that the H1N1 flu vaccine is a hoax by the evil government, so you should not take the flu vaccine or listen to any safety advice from the government like the Center for Disease Control.

Never mind that this deadly flu has caused 76 fatalities so far this year and is widespread across the country and world. Beck and Limbaugh says those flu statistics by the evil government are lies and a scare tactic to get you to take an unnecessary and dangerous flu vaccine.

So if you are a true Beck or Limbaugh follower, do the right thing. Do not take that H1N1 flu vaccine or heed any safety warnings by the U.S. government.

Georgia sex offenders live in isolated campgrounds

It's a tough living for the weirdo Sailer-type males who never were able to deal with women or mainstream society, and all too often turn to the dangerous path of pedophilia. If they are not in prison, they have very few places to live. Even homeless shelters are unattainable luxuries because of their crimes.

In Miami, sex offenders are forced to live in tents under a bridge. A little further north in Georgia, sex offenders live in tents in primitive and isolated campgrounds because they too have nowhere else to go, not even a homeless shelter. No running water, no electricity, no luxuries, and hardly any basic essentials, just barely enough to survive.

Would you like to buy your tent now and join their pseudo-communities? If you keep addicted to Sailer's eccentricities, you may join them sooner than you think.

Homeless sex offenders reside in makeshift campground to comply with tough Georgia law

MARIETTA, Georgia - A small group of homeless sex offenders have set up camp in densely wooded area behind a suburban Atlanta office park, directed there by probation officers who say it's a place of last resort for those with nowhere else to go.

The nine sex offenders live in tents surrounding a makeshift fire pit in the trees behind a towering "no trespassing" sign, waiting out their probation sentences as they face numerous living restrictions under one of the toughest sex offender policies in the U.S.

"It's kind of like a mind-game, it's like 'Survivor,'" said William Hawkins, a 34-year-old who said he was directed to the campsite two weeks ago after being released from prison for violating probation for failing to register as a sex offender in Georgia.

The muddy camp on the outskirts of prosperous Cobb County is an unintended consequence of Georgia's sex offender law, which bans the state's 16,000 sex offenders from living, working or loitering within 1,000 feet of schools, churches, parks and other spots where children gather.

It's not the only place in Cobb County where offenders can live — there are hundreds of other sex offenders throughout the county living in compliance with the law. But Ahmed Holt, manager of the state's sex offender administration unit, calls the camp a "last resort" for homeless offenders who can't find another place to live that complies with the law.

In New Jersey, a judge has dismissed animal cruelty charges against a cop accused of committing a sex act with young cows. Moorestown police officer Robert Melia, who is currently suspended, allegedly engaged in oral sex acts with five calves in Southampton in 2006.

As the article mentions, this is not the last of Robert Melia's troubles. He, along with girlfriend Heather Lewis, was arrested in April 2008 for sexually assaulting three girls over a five-year-period.

As the article does not mention, Robert Malia and Heather Lewis will have their digital footprints forever embedded on the internet for the world to see. Everywhere they apply for a place to live or a job, their digital footprints will always follow.

It's a tough life following the dead-end path of the likes of Steve Sailer.

1) South Carolina Senator Joe Wilson's opponent, Rob Miller, makes record fundraiser from outburst

During President Obama's health case speech to Congress and the nation, Republican Senator Joe Wilson from South Carolina blatantly disrupts the speech with "You Lie!" This gave a golden opportunity for his Democratic opponent in the 2010 election, Rob Miller, to raise over $400,000 in one day. So far Rob Miller has raised over $1 million and has seen an increase of popularity.

This is more troubling news for the Republicans, though to the benefit of the majority of society. The GOP is losing grip of it's last few remaining strongholds, South Carolina, as Republican governor Mark Sanford was also caught in a sex and financial scandal that just keep rocking the Republicans left and right.

2) California State Assemblyman Mike Duvall resigns from alleged sex scandal

Mike Duvall, 54, was the perfect Republican. He was married, was raising a family, and preached family values and morality to gain a seat as a California State Assemblyman. He received a perfect 100 percent rating from the conservative family group, Capitol Resources Institute, and many Republicans had high hopes he would advance in politics.

However, truth and reality would be the Republicans' downfall. Mike Duvall bragged about an extramarital sexual affair when he thought his microphone was off. His confession was caught by the microphone and was recorded.

Former Yorba Linda state Assemblyman Mike Duvall resigned in disgrace. Another loss to the Republicans, but is this any new news?

Steve Sailer is the president of the invitation-only Human BioDiversity Group (HBD group). The mission of HBD is, "The Human Biodiversity Institute promotes the study of biological differences among humans and their impact on society. Major areas of interest include race, sex, and sexual orientation." So what is the Human BioDiversity group in reality?

The Human BioDiversity Group is a right-wing eugenics think tank where people with the mindsets of Steve Sailer can discuss and promote academic racism, homophobia, xenophobia, and eugenics policies. They frequently base their pseudo-scientific theories on bigoted, right-wing sources like VDare, academic faculty members who were reprimanded or disciplined by their school for unscientific and bigoted research, and biased media mongrels who judge others and perpetuate media stereotypes.

Members are primarily based in the following categories, and can belong in multiple categories.

Academic Racists: Racists who write in intellectual, scientific terminology to spread their agenda that the non-white races are genetically inferior (e.g. Philippe Rushton, Charles Murray, Edward Miller, Louis Andrews, Chris Brand, Kevin MacDonald)

Academic Homophobes: Gay bashers who write in intellectual, scientific terminology to spread their agenda that non-heterosexuals (homosexuals, bi-sexuals, transgenders, effeminate males, masculine females) are genetic garbage (e.g. Gregory Cochran, Michael Bailey, John Derbyshire, Ray Blanchard)

Media Mongrels: Annoying journalists and media workers who over exaggerate to help perpetuate racial stereotypes, and serve as media outlets to help the scientific racists spread their message (e.g. Jon Entine, Kathryn Jean Lopez)

White Separists: Flat-out racists who want to see anyone who's not white kicked out of America (e.g. Peter Brimelow, Ron Unz)

Lynn Jenkins, a freshman Republican congresswoman from Kansas, who according to the Associated Press told a group of constituents Aug. 19 that the GOP is “struggling right now to find the great white hope.” She added: "I suggest to any of you who are concerned about that, who are Republican, there are some great young Republican minds in Washington."

Sonia Sotomayor was confirmed by the Senate as the 111th Justice of the United States Supreme Court. She is the first Latino and one of very few women to serve a lifetime term on one of nine seats of the Supreme Court.

Of course, this gets white male racists like Rush Limbaugh, Glenn Beck, and Pat Buchanan very pissed to our delight. No wonder Sailer type white male losers like George Sodini have no other choice except to revert to their heinous savage instincts.

A middle aged white male named George Sodini, 48, never was able to win with women or anyone else, nor did he ever accomplish anything worthwhile in life. To finish off his miserable life filled with depression, failure, and rejection, George entered the Bridgeville, Pa., LA Fitness club near Pittsburgh, PA and targeted a dance class filled with women. The guns went off, 3 women died, several more injured, and then George turned the gun on himself.

The re-pubic-ans are at it again. Already facing staggering losses with no hope of recovery, they do what they and Steve Sailer are best at: losing even more and digging deeper graves for themselves.

In recent months, more Republicans get caught in sex scandals and are losing power and reputation for themselves and their party.

Will recent GOP sex scandals affect upcoming races?

It has been a rocky couple of weeks for the Republican Party as high-profile, traditional-values politicians have faced embarrassing sex scandals.

First it was Sen. John Ensign, R-Nevada, who admitted in a news conference two weeks ago to having an affair with a former staffer.

Then, last week, South Carolina Gov. Mark Sanford trumped Ensign.

After days in which his whereabouts were unknown by his wife and staff (who thought he was hiking on the Appalachian Trail), Sanford held a tear-filled and rambling news conference to admit to an affair with an Argentine woman, and to apologize to his staff and the voters of South Carolina for not disclosing where he was.

Republicans and Democrats panned the scandal. And for social conservatives, who stand on principles of traditional marriage and family values, it was a hard blow.

Michelle Malkin, a controversial columnist, has in the past lambasted Democrats for unbecoming personal behavior. But she was especially harsh with Sanford's infidelity.

"Mark Sanford: Bastard," she wrote on her blog. "If you missed Sanford's rambling, surreal disaster of a press conference, consider yourself lucky. ... If you can't honor your marriage vows, how can you expect voters to trust you to honor your damned oath of office?"

The question going forward is: Will the recent scandals remain on the public's mind come November 2010, when voters go to the polls in congressional midterm elections?

Then again, sexual abuse, rape, corruption, and hypocrisy are what the Republicans are all about, as it has happened many times before, and will happen many times more.

Marcus Epstein case dismissed, but not his previous record or digital footprints

Marcus Epstein was in the District of Columbia Superior Court on July 8 to await sentencing for his assualt and hate crime convictions. He originally pled not guilty, but as the prosecution presented evidence to increase the charge to a class six felony, he issued an Alford plea, which is a guilty plea without admitting guilt.

The judge dismissed his case and Marcus seemed to smile at the ruling. But Marcus won't be smiling for very long when his digital footprints and previous arrest and jail time records become known to the whole world.

Remember, Marcus has an extensive internet profile of trouble and crime that his former employer, the University of Virginia Law School, discovered and rejected him. Just as his first employer managed to find his digital footprints and fired him, so will his next potential hiring employer so they too can reject or fire him.

Marcus, you won't be going to law school, grad school, or any other company or school that does background checks (and they all do nowadays).

While Marcus does not have an official felony record, his extensive digital footprints reveal he has committed several felonies throughout his life.

While Epstein was a student at William and Mary in 2004, Epstein faced several charges stemming from an incident where after a night of heavy drinking, he stole a number of food items including a package of cookies from a convenience store.

He then slapped down a female store clerk when she tried to stop him. He ran away and barged into a sorority house as he tried to elude police. He was found by the police in the Sorority house's women's bathroom eating the cookies to dispose of the evidence .

Epstein served 14-days in jail - on the weekends - and was ordered to complete an alcohol treatment program and do community service for MADD which involved delivering MADD ribbons to car dealerships.

On the evening of July 7, 2007, Marcus Epstein verbally and physically assaulted a black woman in Washington D.C., calling her racist remarks and struck her in the head. Although the judge did not allow a felony record, Marcus' crimes for this incident are embeded on the internet for the world to see.

Furthermore, Marcus Epstein has deep affiliations to hate groups, which many members have lost their careers, reputations, and livelihoods.

Also keep this in mind. While a comprehensive background check may cost about $50 per person, investigating digital footprints are free and can capture a whole lot more than court convictions.

As the recession continues, many unemployed people are traveling far and wide to find a job and make a living.

LINCOLN, N.H. -- After seven months without a paycheck, Tim Ryan turned into a werewolf.

Laid off from a construction job, Mr. Ryan finally found work last month playing the wolfman at Clark's Trading Post, a tourist attraction in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. For $12 an hour, about half what he made before, he dons furry rags, a coonskin cap and an eye patch and jumps out of the woods when the Trading Post's steam train chugs by, snarling and growling at passengers.

The job is nearly two hours north of his home in Pittsfield, N.H., too far to commute. So Mr. Ryan sleeps in an old, mold-ridden cottage with no running water that someone lets him use free. "These days, you have to do things you never thought you would," says the 52-year-old. "You have to go to extremes."

With the unemployment rate at 9.4%, some Americans are willing to go wherever they can to nab a job, even if it is temporary. To adapt, they find living quarters near the job in campers or cheap apartments, giving up normal family life for a paycheck, in a contemporary echo of the itinerants who roamed the country for work in the Great Depression.

Evidence of this labor trend is mostly anecdotal. In Linden, Tenn., where more than 300 people lost their jobs when an auto-parts plant closed in September, at least 20 now work three hours away in Paducah, Ky., manning tugboats on the Tennessee River, says John Carroll, the mayor of Perry County, Tenn. While there, they sleep on the tugboats. The unemployment rate in their home county is 22%.

In Detroit, where layoffs have hit about half of the 5,000 members of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 58, a union official says he has a list of 2,200 members who are willing to travel for work, up from 1,400 last year. "We have guys all over the country: California, Chattanooga, West Virginia, Las Vegas," says Bob Hines, the local's assistant business manager.

A provider of corporate temporary housing, Oakwood Worldwide, has seen a 6% rise this year in rentals of furnished apartments, which it attributes to more people taking temporary jobs away from home.

And ITT Corp. says it relocated more new hires in 2008 than ever before -- 13%, versus a typical 3%. Many employees are moving just themselves, keeping their families and their homes in a different state, says ITT's director of human resources, Lisa Simeon.

You do what you have to do to make a living, but here's one important thing to keep in mind when you move. While your previous reputation by work of mouth in your former hometown probably won't follow you around, your digital footprints on the internet will, wherever you go.

And if you have digital footprints like Steve Sailer, you might as well save all your time and money from moving, when your potential hiring employer finds your digital footprints and reject or fire you. Even minimum wage jobs are doing background checks and examining digital footprints.

So watch out for your digital footprints, because if you have footprints like Steve Sailer, you won't have the opportunity to travel to find a job. Your options will be very limited, such as a homeless shelter, under a bridge, prison, or suicide.

Marcus Epstein in deeping and worsening trouble

While I am not hopelessly addicted to the internet like Steve Sailer and his weirdo male friends, I do find the time to do what I find so graciously satisfying - to annoy, offend, and slander the losers like Steve Sailer and his kind.

Of course, the annoyance industry goes both ways, and Sailer gets his shots on the rest of society to his pleasure. However, Sailer is missing out on one area that puts me on higher ground and makes us the winner.

When I expose the loser likes of Steve Sailer to the public, their livelihoods are thoroughly ruined. They end up in dead end areas, such as drug abuse, crime, loss of career, ruined reputation, broken families, sexual abuse, prison time, and suicide. This is the most eternally satisfying part of this blog, to expose and ruin the Sailer-type losers.

Marcus Yung-Gyo Epstein (he is half Jewish and half Korean) is facing sentencing on July 8 in Washington D.C. and I will have access to the hearing to provide fast results. I marked this day on my calendar.

Even though sentencing is just a month away, Marcus is already ruined. First, Marcus was supposed to go to the University of Virginia Law School this August, but Jason Wu Trujillo, UVA Law’s Senior Assistant Dean for Admissions and Financial Aid, has announced he is rejected from the school and will not be enrolling in the future.

Second, Marcus Epstein already has an arrest and criminal record from his college days in William and Mary.

On top of that, his digital footprints are permanently embedded on the internet for the world to see, every he goes or applies for a job. Just as his first employer (UVA Law School) found his digital footprints, so will his next potential hiring employer so they can reject or fire him, just as his first employer.

This kind of eternally satisfying story is one Steve Sailer can't enjoy, but we will to our pleasure.

Another one is going to bite the dust very soon. One of Steve Sailer's closest allies in the white supremacist hate movement, Marcus Epstein, is facing sentencing on July 8 for felony and hate crime charges. On the evening of July 7, 2007, Marcus Epstein verbally and physically assaulted a black woman in Washington D.C., calling her racist remarks and struck her in the head.

Marcus Epstein is a diligent contributor for Sailer-type hate groups like VDare and American Renaissance. He is executive director of Pat Buchanan's group, The American Cause, and has countless ties to many right-wing hate groups in the Washington D.C. area as mentioned. Marcus works closely with Steve Sailer, Peter Brimelow, Pat Buchanan, Jared Taylor, and most similar racists.

Now is payback time, Marcus, and time to send a strong message to everyone else when you follow the suicidal, dead-end path of racism and hatred like Steve Sailer and fiends. In his own website, he quoted "I will more or less suspend my political activities", implying he would leave the hate industry for his own safety and future, and start taking classes at the University of Virginia School of Law in August 2009.

Marcus, Marcus, you are such a fool. You will never walk away on a clean slate. You will have an arrest and soon felony record for the rest of your life, and no one will hire you. Even if you left before the arrest, your digital footprints are permanently engraved on the internet, which will haunt you everywhere you go for the rest of your life. No one will hire you.

One more is going down very soon. For the rest of Sailer's supporters, the question is, who will be next? Don't assume it can't be you.

Meteorology lesson: Derecho

The storms continue, and will continue, to batter the red rural Republican areas which Steve Sailer mistakenly claims they are the best and safest areas to raise families.

Another storm formation with furious winds is demolishing these areas. It is not a tornado, but a derecho. Wiki has an extensive definition of a derecho, but here is a summary of a derecho, compared to a tornado.

Unlike a tornado which high spinning winds in a narrow area for a short time, a derecho covers a wide area of strong windstorms lasting a long time. Winds in a derecho can blow from 57 to 130 mph, not as strong as a tornado. However, the devastating effects of a derecho is that they cover a wide area (up to 250 miles wide and 800 miles long) and last much longer than a tornado.

And the actual results of a derecho? Let's look at Rusk, TX.

Derecho, not tornado, hits south of Rusk

Heavy rains and hurricane-force winds caused havoc on Sunday morning, uprooting trees and causing power outages across Cherokee County.

"We heard reports that there was a funnel cloud in the area," said DPS Trooper Steven Crosby. "The whole weather system seemed to maintain just a thin path about six to eight miles between Rusk and Alto."

Though there were no confirmed tornados, the National Weather Service Forecast Office in Shreveport, La. said that a derecho (pronounced deh-REY-cho), or large thunderstorm complex, caused winds in excess of 70 miles per hour, causing damage to trees and powerlines.

Derechos are most common in the warm season and are caused by storms called bow echoes. A bow echo is a band of showers or thunderstorms that are curved in shape. For a storm system to be considered a derecho, winds must be greater than 57 miles per hour.

At one point early Sunday morning, the bow echo stretched from Franklin County in upper Northeast Texas to Trinity, Polk, Tyler and Jasper counties, a distance of approximately 216 miles.

Some locations in the Shreveport region, which includes East Texas, southwestern Arkansas and most of northern Louisiana received up to six inches of rain.

The storm system caused four tornadoes in four counties: Bowie, Cass and Camp counties in Texas and Miller County in Arkansas. Only three injuries and no fatalities were reported.

Another derecho hits Alabama.

Alabama Storm Damage Caused By “Derecho”

The National Weather Service says a not very common weather phenomenon, called a “derecho” (duh-RAY’-choh), moved across central Alabama, causing damage and knocking out power in several counties from Mississippi to Georgia. Alabama Power said Monday 48,000 customers were without power at its peak, but all have had power restored. More storms Monday knocked out power to another 2,500.

Weather officials said a derecho is a widespread and long-lived straight line wind storm associated with a fast-moving squall line, producing winds over 58 mph. Its gust front moved across the state Sunday afternoon. The storm knocked thousands of trees down south of Interstate 20.

Mark Linhares, a meteorologist with the National Weather Service in Birmingham, said derechos are more prevalent in the north, but Alabama may get one once a year.

Decades in prison for child pornography, again and again

Once again, blogging gets light at times. No, Steve Sailer isn't gaining the upper hand, and there is no shortage of Sailer-type losers, criminals, pedophiles, frauds, and murders to cover. It's just that I don't have anywhere near the free time like Sailer to let my life rot away in front of the internet.

So, what's in the news today?

Back in February 2008, the spokesman for the Department of Children and Families, Al Zimmerman (40), was arrested in Florida for child pornography charges. He was also involved with the Republican party and was awaiting sentencing which could be as much as 120 years in prison.

Al Zimmerman was convicted and given a prison sentence of 24 years. Not anywhere near the maximum but 24 years is still plenty. Even if he gets out of prison after 24 years, where is he going to go? Not only will he have a felony record, but he will be marked in the sex offender registry for the rest of his life, meaning he can't find a job or a place to live, not even a homeless shelter.

In Wayne County, NY, Anthony C. Howe Sr. (45) of Newark was indicted with three counts of knowingly receiving child pornography and one count of possessing child pornography. He is facing 10 to 15 years in prison for each case of child porn, but is set to a maximum of 20 or 40 years in New York, depending on the type of child porn case.

Kind of like Arizona, except Arizona doesn't have a maximum limit so a high school is now facing a 200 year prison sentence for child pornography.

Nevertheless, Anthony Howe is screwed beyond belief. Even if he gets out of prison, he will suffer the same fate as a registered sex offender and is better off going back to prison or following the suicide path.

You better think again and again before you follow the suicidal paths of these deranged right-wingers like Steve Sailer.
